TransLantau™ by UTMB® 2026

Race Rules

Priority registration is only available for runners holding a valid UTMB Index, valid for 48 hours starting from April 14, 2026, at 18:00 (Hong Kong time), and qualifies for early bird discounts (subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis). Public registration will open on April 16, 2026, at 18:00 (Hong Kong time).

Minimum Age Requirement

TransLantau 100: 18 years old (born in 2008 or earlier)

Registration Fee

TransLantau 100: HK$2,300

Participants can only register through secure credit card payment on our website. The credit card company will charge an additional 8% administrative fee. These administrative fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

What the registration fee includes:

• Race bib

• Access to aid stations

• Baggage transport service (depending on race distance)

• Medical assistance

• Welcome gift

• Finisher gift

• Post-race services, such as hot food and rest area

Elite Runners

To provide fair recognition to high-level athletes and ensure equitable management of registration applications, we reserve slots for elite athletes based on their UTMB index in the race category they choose to participate in. Elite runners must register during the registration period. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

Transfer of Entry

Transfer of entry to another runner:

Registration is personal. However, within four weeks before the first day of bib collection, the registration can be transferred to another person, provided that the transferee also meets the eligibility conditions. A transfer fee of HK$150 will be charged.

Once the transferee accepts and completes the transfer process, the original registrant will be disqualified and receive a refund. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, and the handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Transfer to a different distance category within the same event:

Within four weeks before the event and subject to availability, registration can be transferred to a shorter distance category. No refund will be given in this case. Please contact the event organizer directly via email. Requests to transfer to a longer distance category may also be submitted, but such requests will not be automatically accepted and are subject to the discretion of the Race Director.

Transfers can only be processed if the new distance category is not yet full.

Pregnancy Policy

Participants may apply to the organizer via email with a relevant doctor's certificate.

Event Cancellation

Special Arrangements in Case of Event Cancellation

If the race is canceled for any reason 15 days or more before the race date, a partial refund of the registration fee will be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the organizer's ability to cover all non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. If the race is canceled less than 15 days before the start or interrupted on race day for any reason, no refund will be given.
